Rawat, a right-handed batting all-rounder and off-spinner, was picked by MI for Rs 30 lakh at the IPL 2026 auction. He has built a reputation through strong performances in domestic and franchise cricket in Delhi, including the Delhi Premier League, where he played a key role in East Delhi Riders’ title win.
He also made his First-Class debut for Delhi in the Ranji Trophy in 2024. Earlier in his career, he drew attention for a big hitting display at junior level, scoring 309 off 86 balls in an U-19 tournament in 2017 with 37 sixes, showing his natural power game.
