TATA IPL 2022: T Natarajan a wicket away from holding purple cap

Indian pacer T Natarajan is been amazing this season as he is now the joint most-wicket taker in the Indian Premier League.

Indian pacer naked T Natarajan is been fantastic in this season’s IPL as he is close to becoming a new purple cap holder in the league. In the match against PBKS, his starting spell was worth a look. T Natarajan took Prabhsimran’s wicket earlier in the game who replaced PBKS’ skipper Mayank Agarwal for this game.

It was an amazing ball from him (T Natarajan) to get Prabhsimran out and just after he took the wicket he become the joint-most wicket taker in this year’s IPL with 11 wickets. Indian pacer equalled the tally with another Indian star spinner named Yuzvendra Chahal. Chahal is also having one of his best seasons so far in a new jersey. It will be interesting to see whether this Indian pacer continue this dominance with his bowling performance in the league and wins the purple cap this season or someone else overtakes him.

Natarajan was finding his 12th wicket of the league which would have earned him the ‘purple cap’ but he couldn’t found it and yet had to stay without that (purple cap).
