Despite his impressive scores, Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson appears to be struggling against Royal Challengers Bangalore spinner Wanindu Hasaranga in T20 cricket.
Sanju has just hit 18 runs off Hasaranga’s 23 deliveries, with an average of 3.60 and a strike rate of 78.26. Sanju was dismissed five times by Hasa after hitting only one boundary and two sixes.
On Tuesday, April 26 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) spin-bowling all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga clean bowled Rajasthan Royals (RR) skipper Sanju Samson in the 39th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.
Sanju Samson got off to a flying start against Hasaranga, smashing him for six and four in the sixth over. Hasaranga, on the other hand, won the battle against Samson once more, dismissing him in 23 balls for the fifth time in T20 cricket.
Hasaranga of the Royal Challengers Bangalore came in to bowl the match’s 10th over, and on the third ball, he bowled Samson, who had scored 27 runs off 21 balls, including three sixes and one four.
