When approaching the ground for practicing ahead of the 33rd match of IPL 2022 between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians on Thursday, CSK’s Dwayne Bravo is seen touching Mumbai Indians’ Kieron Pollard’s feet to seek his blessings.
At the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai, CSK captain Ravindra Jadeja won the toss and chose to bowl first against MI.
Riley Meredith and Hrithik Shokeen were given the cap by Rohit Sharma, while Moeen and Jordan were replaced by Pretorius and Santner for CSK. MI will be hoping for their first win in the tournament after a poor start to this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL), in which they have lost six consecutive games. CSK, on the other side, has only one win in as many games and will be looking to resurrect their season.
