New Zealand won the match by 4-runs after setting the target of 220 runs. The new and pre-retained players of RCB get their form ahead of the Indian Premier League 2021.
Josh Philippe and Daniel Sams played an extraordinary inning in the match but couldn’t get their team to the winning den. Philippe scored 45 runs in 32 balls with 2 boundaries and 3 sixes while Daniel Sams played a furious inning of 41 runs in just 15 balls with the help of 2 boundaries and 4 sixes.
The bowler of the franchise, Kane Richardson picked three wickets in the match and spend 43 runs in the 4 overs quota. Royal Challengers Bangalore praised their player for the outstanding performance on Thursday through social media.
