In this fast game of T20 cricket, pace bowlers need to have more than one trick in their bag. And Moises Henriques of Punjab Kings proved just that by the means of his fabulous spell against RCB. Against a team that has opening pair of Virat Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal, the opposition bowlers are bound to be under pressure, but Henriques put out an exceptional case by dismissing both of them in the same spell.
After RCB had a fast start, KL Rahul decided to throw the ball to the Aussie who was a new addition to the team. Playing his first game of this phase, Henriques was up to the task, as he dismissed both Kohli and the newly promoted Dan Christian in the same over. In his second over, he came back to dismiss Devdutt Padikkal who was looking threatening from the start, as he was batting at 40. In his third over on the trot, where Harpreet Brar was smacked out of the park by Maxwell, Henriques delivered another economic over in which he conceded just 4 runs.

Maxwell and de Villiers later were looking to reach a good total. RCB finished with a score of 164 in their twenty overs, as Maxwell scored a great fifty. But if it wouldn’t have been for Henriques, they might have reached the score of 180+ which they aspired to get, after the flying start of 55 in the powerplay.
Henriques ended his spell of 4 overs with 3 wickets and conceded only 12 runs.
