Chennai Super Kings have a new player in their squad as Devon Conway has been ruled out of the IPL 2024. Earlier it was reported by the franchise that Conway will be out for the first part of the season. CSK explosive opener Devon Conway won’t be seen in yellow jersey this season in the IPL 2024 due to his long term injury.
The injury has made him stay away from one of the the best cricket leagues in the world named Indian Premier League. Conway was amazing in the previous two seasons for CSK also winning the trophy with them in the last one.
Conway has been replaced by an English experienced pacer named Richard Gleeson in the Chennai Super Kings squad. English pacer is 36-year-old and have got into the squad at the crucial time. CSK are in good form and have found out their ideal playing XI which also gaining them points in the tournament. However if someone goes out injured, then Gleeson can be named by Ruturaj Gaikwad in the starting XI.
