PTI says the Delhi Capitals will honour Rishabh Pant by inscribing his jersey number on all players during a game. This is when the team wears a different colour in one game. However, it will be cut in one corner, so there will be no infringement on players’ jersey numbers.
Each season, DC wears a different jersey during one game. Each player will wear Pant’s jersey number during that game. The DC team hung Skipper’s No. 17 jersey on the roof of their dugout in the opening match against Lucknow Super Giants as a gesture that he is “always with the team in spirit.”
Also, during Tuesday’s team’s first home match against Gujarat Titans, Rishabh Pant will likely watch the game from the stands at Arun Jaitley Stadium.
