IPL 2022: Ravindra Jadeja ruled out of the season owing to an injury

CSK all-rounder, who recently quit his captaincy owing to poor performance by the team in the season, has been ruled out of the TATA IPL 2022 due to an injury.

Things haven’t remained fine-fettle for Ravindra Jadeja who accepted the responsibility of captaining CSK in the long run after MS Dhoni quit captaincy but had to return the captaincy back to MS after a poor performance of CSK under him. MS Dhoni has been the most celebrated captain in the CSK and has also led the franchise towards multiple IPL titles, but MS Dhoni’s successor has to fill a huge void. Ravindra Jadeja was tried and tested but the player couldn’t fancy his chances of leading the side. Until MS took over, CSK was dangling on the bottom of the table.

Ravindra Jadeja was recently unfollowed by the CSK handle on Instagram. The incident points a finger toward a couple of things between the CSK management and the player. In a recent development, the all-rounder player has been ruled out of the TATA IPL 2022 season and will not continue to play for the remaining matches, owing to an injury. Jadeja has been monitored closely for the past couple of days for injury but the injury concern remains unresolved.
