Former Indian cricketer Sanjay Bangar believes that DC should stick with its core players irrespective of the IPL title or not. This is the first time that DC has reached the finals of the tournament after an overall performance this season. The team will be facing four-time champions MI in the final on Tuesday evening in Dubai. Shikhar Dhawan has been a star batsman for the side and has won the side some matches single-handedly. Kagiso Rabada and Ashwin have been the stars with the ball.

Ricky Ponting is the head coach for the side and has a big hand in their success. “Delhi have to be careful, they have a fantastic bunch talented players and they should stick to them, irrespective if they win the championship or do not because they are coming close to it, it’s not far away,” Bangar said.
