On Sunday, Indian captain Virat Kohli was full on energy during the day 2 of the second Test India vs England. The Chennai crowd might calls MS Dhoni their Thalaiva but it was king Kohli who wooed them on their return to the stadium.
On several occasions Kohli was seen applauding the fans. The Indian team performed highly well with the ball in the first two sessions of Day 2 as England lost eight wickets.
During the over break Kohli also whistled to the fans and charged them up. In fact, CSK have a theme anthem with Whistle Podu as its theme.

However, Tamil Nadu Cricket Association and Board of Control for Cricket in India agreed to allow 50 percent crowd inside the stadium.
The BCCI and TNCA has pondered on the entry of the audiences earlier also before concluding that the first two matches would be held closed doors.
