Indian cricket team are currently playing the first ODI against New Zealand in Hyderabad. The three-match ODI series is starting from today and will end on 24th January, Tuesday. Indian cricket team won the toss and decided to bat first in the first ODI.
This was a good decision to bat first so far from India as the powerplay went as per the plans. But just after the powerplay, Rohit Sharma got dismissed for 34 runs. Pacer Tickner sent the Indian skipper back to pavilion in the ongoing game. It was a good start for the Indian team and Rohit played a good and quick innings, scoring 34 in just 38 balls.
Indian skipper hit 2 sixes and 4 boundaries before he got out in the 13th over of the first innings.
