BCCI President Sourav Ganguly put up a cryptic tweet that gave room to speculation and guesses. The fans quickly guessed that the present BCCI President is on the verge to start his political journey while vacating the office of BCCI President. Sourav Ganguly posted through his social media handles that “Today, I am planning to start something that I feel will probably help a lot of people,” he wrote on Twitter. 2022 marks the 30th year since the start of my journey with cricket in 1992. Since then, cricket has given me a lot. Most importantly, it has given me the support of all of you. I want to thank every single person who has been a part of the journey, supported me, and helped me reach where I am today,”

The post soon went viral and multiple speculations took the lead. Many guessed that Ganguly has resigned and is on the verge to become a politician. Ganguly was also seen having dinner with Home Minister, Amit Shah. However, Jay Shah quickly clarified to ANI that Sourav Ganguly hasn’t resigned from his BCCI President post.
