AUS Vs PAK 2nd Test: Ahead of the game, Warner and Smith were seen playing tennis

A bunch of Australian cricketers chose to spend their free time before the match playing tennis, apart from all the test cricket preparations.

A couple of Australian players chose to play tennis in the leisure time they had before the start of the match, away from all the cricketing preparations.

Opening batsmen David Warner and Usman Khawaja faced Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne in a doubles match. Warner posted the video on Instagram with the caption, “What do we do in our spare time!! We play a little bit of tennis, well I do, but these other three play a lot and are very good.”

The second Test match between Australia and Pakistan will begin on Saturday in Karachi, and both teams will be looking to break the series’ deadlock after the first match in Rawalpindi finished in a dull draw. To get past Pakistan’s hitters, Australia will have to rely on their bowling assault. The hosts, on the other hand, would like to neutralise the Australian pace attack, but another lifeless ground would be a bad advertising for Test cricket, which must be on the Pakistan board’s mind.

The Australian batsmen were able to react to Pakistan’s large first-innings score in Rawalpindi by scoring over 400 runs, but none of them managed to reach a century. This might backfire for the visitors in the following matches, as players like Warner, Smith, Labuschagne, and Khawaja will want to keep playing and score big in the two remaining games.
