Market Update:
The indices at market opening were trading negative on mixed global cues and Positive trend on SGX Nifty.
At 9:16 IST, Sensex was trading at 37674 down by 61 points or 0.16% and Nifty at 11088 down by 12 points or 0.12%.
Reliance, Wipro among the major stocks to be in focus today-Reliance Industries posted consolidated net profit of 13,248 Crore up by 31.1% y-o-y and Jio posted outstanding quarter results yesterday, More than expected for Reliance Jio as it Jumps to 25B against 8B previously. Wipro has been selected as their strategic partner by Metro Bank.
Yesterday at close, Sensex was down by 335 points or 0.88% at 37736, Nifty at 11102 down by 100 points or 0.90%. Nifty Bank down over 429 points managing to hold 21646 at close.
