Kerala based Manappuram Finance ltd announced on Saturday that it has approved issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) worth Rs 200 crore on private placement.

In its BSE regulatory filing, the finance company said, “Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations, we wish to inform you that Financial Resources and Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Manappuram Finance Limited (“Company”) at its meeting held on October 10,2020, approved the issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.10,00,000/-(Rupees Ten Lakh Only ) each for and amount of Rs.10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores Only) with an option to retain over subscription upto Rs 190,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Crores Only) aggregating to Rs.200,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only) on private placement route.”
