Bigg Boss 14: Kavita Kaushik and Jasmin Bhasin discuss yoga benefits

Kavita Kaushik and Jasmin Bhasin discuss Yoga and its benefits in an Extra Masala clip of Bigg Boss 14 shared by Voot.

Every day in the house of Bigg Boss 14 is filled with conflicts, anger and arguments amongst the participants. However, there are times when the housemates talk about various things apart from the competition of the show which not only help them to relax but also the audience. Talking about relaxing, Kavita Kaushik was seen talking about Yoga and its benefits with Jasmin Bhasin in an Extra Masala clip shared by Voot.

In the clip, Kavita can be seen sitting in the Garden area of the red zone along with Jasmin and Nishant Malkani. Kavita starts the conversation about how she is used to reading books because of rigorous teachers’ training of Yoga she did in Hrishikesh for 200 hours before the nationwide lockdown. She further said that she wanted to do more of the training so she chose to do it online during the lockdown. Jasmin asks her whether a person needs to know the basics or they are taught while the training to which Kavita says, “You need to know some of the basics because, in the training program, it depends on you which stream you chose. For example, I didn’t want to practice Kundli, because it talks about enhancing one’s good quality.”

She further says, “Whatever we are, it is because of all the experience and the baggage we carry since the childhood. When you remove all the baggage, you become a new person.”
