Brothers Imtiaz Ali and Sajid Ali, after the unprecedented success of the re-release of the film Laila Majnu, dropped a hint towards another film based on a fabled love story. The sibling duo has shared a cryptic post on their social media, which says it all as they are about to start working on a romantic film.
Imtiaz and Sajid penned Laila Majnu together, and the latter had directed it. With this film standing out as one of the best romantic dramas in the recent times, the fans are super excited to see the collaboration of the two brothers once again. The post had come just a few months after he had shown interest in making a film based on the love story of Radha and Krishna.
Imtiaz then shared a poster with the names of some of the most epic love stories. At the very center of the montage was the title, Laila Majnu, circled by Sassi Punnu, Sohni Mahiwal, Mirza Sahiba, Shireen Farhad, Heer Ranjha, and Romeo Juliet. In the post, tagging Sajid Ali, Imtiaz wrote, “sabki kahani likhi hui hai….how about the next Love Legend?!!
