The inauguration ceremony of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) was held on 1st April at Jio World Gardens, Bandra Kurla complex. Nita Ambani danced gracefully on Raghupati raghav raja ram, which received a lot of appreciation from the people. Renowned celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Nick Jonas, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and many more attended the function.
On day 2 of the event, celebrities from all over the globe attended the event. Bollywood stars entertained the audience by showcasing their talent. It was among one of the performances wherein Varun Dhawan was dancing on stage, and he called Gigi Hadid to accompany him. She walked up to the stage, and then he lifted her, spun her around and gave her a peck on the cheek. Although after watching this video, fans criticized Varun Dhawan for doing this act which they stated was not necessary. Some even said Gigi felt uncomfortable and won’t visit India after such a welcome.
Along with this, Shah Rukh Khan set the stage on fire with his grooving steps on jhoome jo pathan. His dance moves made everyone in the crowd go crazy. Varun and Ranveer Singh also joined him on stage. Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh gave a stunning performance with a song from their movie, Dil Dhadakne Do. Meanwhile, everyone was astounded to see Alia Bhatt removed her heels and danced to the oscar-winning song ‘Naatu Naatu’ with Rashmika Madan.
Isha Ambani addressed the audience, saying the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) holds a great place for my mother. She has always dreamt of creating a space that would appreciate art and be welcoming to performers, artists, and majorly creatives.
