Previously, Rakhi Sawant made numerous severe claims against Adil Khan. He also spent time in jail as a result of this. Adil spent five months in jail before being granted bail. Now, the Supreme Court has ordered Rakhi Sawant to surrender. There is a charge against her for reportedly releasing a sexual film of her ex-husband, Adil Durrani, without his permission.
In an interview with News18, Adil Khan Durrani has spoken out about the matter. He said that according to the procedure, Rakhi Sawant first applied for anticipatory bail before magistrate court, which was denied. She then petitioned the High Court for the same.
However, after the High Court dismissed her application, she filed an appeal with the Supreme Court. Now, the Supreme Court has denied Rakhi Sawant’s bail application and ordered her to surrender in four weeks. He further stated that Rakhi Sawant is ‘absconding’ in Dubai and will be caught as soon as she enters India.
He went on to say that Rakhi Sawant had several cases against her. The actress has made claims and allegations against Adil, including those of cheating and domestic
Rakhi Sawant has yet to speak or respond to the situation. However, she posted a video on her Instagram account indicating that she is in Dubai and enjoying her life. So far, she does not appear to be bothered by the issue.
