Vodafone and Idea create a new AI assistant VIC

Earlier in May Vodafone and Idea made an exclusive announcement. Even after the merger the companies continue to work together undertaking multiple projects. They have created a new AI powered digital assistant. It is called VIC. The digital service is up, live and working. It provides assistance on My Vodafone and My Idea app exclusively. It has also begun operating on Whats App to help other customers and clients.

It had been developed by ORISERVE. The company states it can provide instant service on bill payments, recharge, VAS, plan activation, new connection, bill requests, data balance and much more. It is active for 24 X 7 throughout the day. Further statements conclude that the service is exclusively designed for Vodafone Idea Limited.

Users can be helped instantly which would now not require instant ringing and contacting busy agents. They can simply click on the ICON or the dialogue box. After which they can simply type in their difficulty or question. The smart AI will either then ask more questions or provide simple solution in steps. It might also provide direct hyperlinks or contact officials for aid at its primes. A Simple addition like this will only impact millions considering their conflicts into resolutions.
