Massive blast in IOCL refinery in Vadodara, fire at refinery

A massive explosion shook Indian Oil Corporation Limited’s (IOCL) refinery in the Koyali area of Vadodara, Gujarat, on Monday, triggering a large fire in the facility’s storage tank.
