ITC Hotel Group is set to enhance its presence in Rajasthan with the addition of two new resorts under its Brand Storii. The company announced on Thursday that it has signed deals for properties in Jaipur and Jawai, both expected to welcome guests in early 2025.
These new signings, along with the recently announced Storii Jaisalmer, will bring the total number of Brand Storii properties in Rajasthan to three. This expansion is part of ITC’s asset-right strategy, which involves both owning properties and managing others to achieve steady growth.
Anil Chadha, CEO of ITC Hotels, expressed excitement about the new locations. He believes they’re ideal for travelers who want to experience the destination while exploring the rich cultural heritage of the region.
The Jawai property, situated less than two hours from Udaipur, will offer 15 rooms and suites. Each unit will feature private open areas, providing guests with a unique and intimate experience.
This move by ITC Hotel Group reflects the growing interest in Rajasthan’s tourism potential and the company’s commitment to expanding its portfolio in key destinations. As the hospitality industry continues to recover, such developments signal a positive outlook for the sector.
