GHCL has recently informed exchanges that the company received environmental clearance from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for its Soda Ash Greenfield project in Kutch, Gujarat.
In the exchange filing, the company shared, “We are pleased to inform that the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India vide letter dated December 12, 2024, has granted Environment Clearance w.r.t. Soda Ash Greenfield Project of the Company located in Kutch, Gujarat.”
This marks a significant milestone in the development of the project, which aims to enhance GHCL’s production capacity of soda ash, a key industrial material. With sustainable practices in mind, GHCL is committed to minimizing the environmental impact of its operations.

The stock has marked its 52-week high at ₹731.50, reflecting a strong recent performance, while the 52-week low stands at ₹434.95.
