G E Shipping delivers 2005 built product tanker Jag Padma

The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited has recently informed exchanges that the company has successfully delivered its 2005-built Medium Range product tanker, Jag Padma, to the buyers. The vessel, which was contracted for sale in October 2024, marks a strategic move in the company’s ongoing fleet optimization efforts.

In the exchange filing, the company shared, “The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited (G E Shipping) has delivered its 2005 built Medium Range product tanker “Jag Padma” to the buyers. The vessel was contracted for sale in October 2024.”

Following the delivery, G E Shipping’s fleet now consists of 39 vessels, including 26 tankers and 13 dry bulk carriers. The tanker fleet is comprised of 5 crude carriers, 17 product tankers, and 4 LPG carriers. The dry bulk fleet includes 2 Capesize, 8 Kamsarmax, and 3 Supramax vessels, with a total deadweight tonnage (dwt) of 3.10 million.
