Ukraine’s armed forces have been ruled to withstand the invasion by inflicting “maximum losses” on the opponent, Major General Valeriy Zaluzhn announced.
Zelensky has announced that Russia was bombing his country’s “military infrastructure” and border guards but persuaded citizens not to panic and vowed victory. In a speech to Ukrainian citizens in Russian, Zelensky announced, “We are working. The army is working. Don’t panic. We are strong. We are prepared for everything. We will defeat everyone. Because we are Ukraine.”
