Zoë Kravitz recently shared the chaotic experience of staying at Taylor Swift’s house. She moved in with her mother, Lisa Bonet, during the LA wildfires, bringing along Bonet’s pet snake, which nearly got lost. Kravitz spoke about the ordeal on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Kravitz and Swift have been close friends for years, especially bonding during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kravitz also attended one of Swift’s London Eras Tour shows.
During the interview, Kravitz explained that she wanted to be a considerate guest and leave without causing any trouble. However, her mother’s snake, Orpheus, caused a panic. On the last day of her stay, while packing for work, Kravitz’s mom asked for help because the snake had found a small hole and disappeared. This led Kravitz to pull out drawers, remove a tile, and scratch walls in an attempt to locate the snake.
Eventually, Kravitz called Swift to explain the situation. Swift, already aware of the mishap, joked, asking if it was about the near loss of the snake and the damage to her bathroom.
Zoë Kravitz is next set to appear in the film Caught Stealing.
