Fans who had a frustrating experience at BLACKPINK’s recent concerts in Goyang can now finally feel some relief. YG Entertainment has officially confirmed that it will issue full refunds to those who sat in the N3 section and couldn’t see the stage properly. This comes after days of complaints and confusion, and many fans are thankful the company is finally addressing the issue seriously.

The problem began during BLACKPINK’s DEADLINE world tour shows held on July 6 and 7 at the Goyang Sports Complex. People sitting in the N3 area said their view of the stage was completely blocked by a large structure, which included a console setup and an LED screen. Even though these seats were sold as regular B-seats, they ended up being “no-view” seats, and fans were understandably upset—especially since the tickets cost more than the ones officially marked as having a restricted view.

After criticism quickly spread online, YG Entertainment apologized and admitted the screen setup, which was meant to enhance the experience, had made things worse. At first, the company didn’t say clearly whether refunds would be given, which only added to the frustration. But on July 8, they confirmed that anyone who requested a refund for the N3 section would get one, and the process would be handled through the original ticketing platform.

Even though this hiccup left a sour note for some fans in Korea, BLACKPINK’s world tour is continuing as planned. The group is heading to major cities like Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo, and Singapore in the coming weeks. Fans now hope that the rest of the tour will go off without any more issues, so everyone can fully enjoy the shows they’ve been looking forward to.
