The final season of My Hero Academia has been full of shocking moments. The war between heroes and villains has left fans on the edge of their seats. The story gets even deeper. Episode 11 of the final season revealed that All For One had orchestrated Tenko Shimura\u2019s entire life. For years, we thought he just exploited Tenko\u2019s tragedy, but it turns out he engineered it. He learned about Kotaro Shimura\u2019s resentment toward heroes, becoming his first target. All For One even influenced Kotaro to have another child, Tomura, in his quest for the perfect vessel.<\/p>\n

All For One manipulated Tenko\u2019s father, feeding him dangerous thoughts, which fueled Kotaro\u2019s hatred for heroes and led him to abuse his children. Later, All For One took Tenko\u2019s original quirk and planted the \u201cDecay\u201d quirk inside him. This caused the Shimura family tragedy, where Tenko accidentally killed everyone with his powers. Every hardship in Shigaraki\u2019s life was part of All For One\u2019s plan.<\/p>\n
