Earlier this year, Netflix greenlit a live-action Assassin\u2019s Creed, and now Far Cry is getting its own live-action adaptation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"768\">FX Networks and Ubisoft announced that a Far Cry anthology limited series is in development. Noah Hawley, known for Fargo and Alien: Earth, and Rob McElhenney from It\u2019s Always Sunny in Philadelphia will serve as executive producers. Rob McElhenney will also act in the series.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"768\">\n<h2 data-start=\"490\" data-end=\"768\"><strong>What will the Far Cry live-action TV series be about?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"1001\">The show will follow the game\u2019s anthology format, with each season featuring a new cast and a completely new setting. FX President Nick Grad said the team will tell the story in a way that is original, gripping, and entertaining.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1235\">Rob Mac shared that working with Noah Hawley is a dream, and he\u2019s excited to bring the iconic game world to life. Hawley added that the anthology format allows them to explore big action and human nature in a way similar to Fargo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1432\">With Hawley\u2019s track record and Rob Mac\u2019s experience, the Far Cry TV series looks to be in great hands.
