Zayn recently shared that his daughter played a big role in his decision to work with the BLACKPINK star.<\/p>\n
Speaking to BBC Radio 1, Zayn revealed that it was actually Jisoo who reached out to him for the collaboration. They chose a song he had already worked on, which he liked, and after Jisoo recorded her part, he adjusted his vocals to match her style. He praised her and BLACKPINK, saying, \u201cShe\u2019s obviously killing at the minute. BLACKPINK are all over the place.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also shared a personal reason for saying yes: his daughter is a huge fan. \u201cSo when she asked to do the feature, I was like, yeah. My daughter\u2019s gonna think I\u2019m cool again.
