The one-minute, nine-second film, titled <em>Forever Iconic: Purple and Gold<\/em>, was released on Wednesday, October 8, and follows famous fans showing their Lakers pride around Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>The 22-year-old served as the creative director and enlisted well-known figures for her project, including Magic Johnson, Shohei Ohtani, and Brenda Song. Current Lakers stars LeBron James and Luka Doncic also appear in cameos. In one scene, Doncic tosses a hand towel into a garbage can at a Lakers practice facility while yelling \u201cKobe!\u201d Another segment shows vintage footage of Kobe hitting a game-winning basket as the announcer exclaims, \u201cBryants for the win!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Natalia, who graduated with a film degree from USC in May, told <em>People<\/em> that the project was a \u201ccollaborative environment with such creative people\u201d and aimed to show the Lakers\u2019 impact not just in LA but worldwide. She added that she hopes the short film inspires both current fans and new ones.<\/p>\n<p>Fans quickly praised her work after the release, sharing supportive messages online. Comments included \u201cCreative Director Natalia Bryant. The goat. Kobe would be proud,\u201d \u201cNATALIA YOU DID GREAT,\u201d and \u201cIconic Lakers! Perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kobe and his wife Vanessa have three other children: Gianna, Bianka, and Capri.
