Kadokawa\u2019s Sneaker Bunko imprint announced on October 18 that the Chinese-animated series adaptation of Kaisei Enomoto\u2019s \u201cA Herbivorous Dragon of 5,000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized\u201d novel series is confirmed to receive a second season. The first season, produced by LAN Studio, made its debut on bilibili in July 2022. Subsequently, bilibili began streaming the series with English subtitles in August of the same year. The Japanese-dubbed version premiered on January 6 on the AT-X channel and was also broadcasted on Tokyo MX and BS Fuji.<\/p>\n

A manga adaptation by K\u014dichi Muro was serialized in Square Enix\u2019s Gangan Joker magazine from 2018 to 2019.
