During her appearance on the Miss Me?<\/em> podcast, the Velvet Buzzsaw<\/em> actress revealed that while she and the Loki<\/em> star have been engaged for some time, they have not yet exchanged vows. The chatter intensified earlier this year when the couple revealed they were expecting their second child, but Ashton made it clear that marriage has not happened\u2014at least not yet.<\/p>\n Ashton explained that while they aren\u2019t married, she and Hiddleston often call each other \u201chusband\u201d and \u201cwife\u201d in private. For them, \u201cboyfriend\u201d and \u201cgirlfriend\u201d simply didn\u2019t feel right anymore. \u201cIt is the practicing [of] calling each other husband and wife. It is looking down at the ring finger and being like, \u2018Okay, this is the tradition that is potentially gonna come with this first yes,\u2019\u201d<\/em> she said.<\/p>\n The actress admitted that while the habit feels natural, it occasionally draws playful reactions. \u201cIt\u2019s also pissing off people who are actually marrying. You realize that\u2019s just not real yet.
