Its final episode was watched by a whopping 52.5 million in the US, making it the most watched TV episode of the 2000s.<\/p>\n<p>The TMZ and LA Times, which first reported that Perry had died, said the actor was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his house.<\/p>\n<p>As per BBC, the first responders from the LA Fire Department rushed to an address in Pacific Palisade area, regarding a \u201cwater emergency\u201d of an unknown type.<\/p>\n<p>Producer of FRIENDS, Warner Bros TV, said, \u201cWe are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We are devastated to learn of Matthew Perry\u2019s passing. He starred in multiple series such as Boys Will Be Boys and Growing Pains, however, he became an international star with his character Chandler Bing on FRIENDS.<\/p>\n<p>The sitcom, starring Jennifer Aniston, David Schumer, Courtney Cox, Matt LeBlanc, and Lisa Kudrow, became the most successful series of all time.<\/p>\n<p>Perry\u2019s character Chandler Bing was famous for his sarcastic one-liners.
