Bella Hadid finally broke her silence over the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas.<\/p>\n
The supermodel, who is part Palestinian, shared a post Thursday, wherein she asked for her fans\u2019 forgiveness for being \u2018silent\u2019 for the past couple of weeks.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have yet to find the ideal words for this deeply intricate and horrific past 2 weeks, weeks that have turned the world\u2019s attention back towards a situation that has been taking innocent lives and affecting families for decades,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n
Bella added that ever since the war began, she and her families has received hundreds of death threats, which has made them feel \u201cin danger,\u201d however, she now refuses to be silent any longer.<\/p>\n
\u201cMy heart is bleeding with pain\u2026 trauma of my Palestinian blood,\u201d she continued. She expressed that she mourns with the mothers, who lost their children, and the children who cry alone. The model also mentioned all the family members \u2013 including father, brother, sister \u2013 and friends, who have lost their life.<\/p>\n

Yet, she also \u201cmourns for the Israeli families that have been dealing of the pain and aftermath\u201d since the attack launched by Hamas on October 7th.<\/p>\n
Considering the history of the disputed land, the model pressed that harming women and children or inflicting terror \u201cdoes not and should not do any good for the Free Palestine movement.\u201d<\/p>\n
She also explained her Palestinian heritage and why she has been an advocate for the \u201cFree Palestine\u201d movement for so many years.
