Prince Harry was reportedly very disappointed<\/strong> after introducing Meghan Markle to his late mother\u2019s sisters, according to royal author Tom Bower<\/strong> in his book Revenge: Meghan, Harry, and the War Between the Windsors<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Harry had high hopes when he arranged for Meghan to meet Lady Sarah McCorquodale<\/strong> and Lady Jane Fellowes<\/strong> \u2014 Princess Diana\u2019s two sisters. He believed they would instantly see Meghan as someone who shared Diana\u2019s qualities, like kindness, empathy, and strength. Unfortunately, that wasn\u2019t the case. According to Bower, Diana\u2019s sisters didn\u2019t feel Meghan was a good match for royal life<\/strong>, which left Harry feeling quite hurt.<\/p>\n

In their Netflix documentary, Harry later explained how strongly he feels Meghan reminds him of his mother.
