This happened during the premiere of Spike Lee\u2019s latest movie, <em>Highest 2 Lowest<\/em>, which stars Denzel and marks their fifth collaboration. Interestingly, it was Denzel\u2019s first time back at Cannes since 1993.<\/p>\n<p>A video shared by the New York Post showed Denzel clearly annoyed, pointing his finger and shouting \u201cstop\u201d at a pushy photographer on the red carpet. The photographer seemed to try to laugh it off and even grabbed Denzel\u2019s arm, but the actor pulled away and repeated his demand to stop.<\/p>\n<p>Photographers at Cannes are known to be loud and aggressive to get the stars\u2019 attention, so confrontations like this aren\u2019t unheard of.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the drama, Denzel had a big moment at the festival: Spike Lee gave him a surprise Honorary Palme d\u2019Or award before the movie\u2019s screening.
