In the May 14, 2025 episode of Days of Our Lives<\/em>, EJ flirts with Belle, asking how the \u201cNew EJ\u201d is doing. Their moment is interrupted when Rachel, Brady, and Kristen arrive dressed for an Alice in Wonderland-themed tea party. During the gathering, Brady realizes that EJ and Belle are actually in a relationship.<\/p>\n

EJ brings up his plan to buy the hospital, but Brady, who sits on the board, shuts down the idea. Kristen urges Brady to reconsider and suggests he might support EJ\u2019s bid if EJ reveals the whereabouts of his mother. Later, Kristen presses EJ on whether he would admit that she did not shoot him. EJ explains that he can\u2019t say for sure since he doesn\u2019t remember the incident. Kristen warns that without this admission, Brady will not back EJ\u2019s bid for the hospital.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Xander meets Kayla in her office. Kayla asks what he hopes to gain from buying the hospital. Xander admits that besides wanting to help his wife and the hospital, he is after a particular drug. Kayla agrees to support him as long as he stays positive and genuinely helps people.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Alex and Gabi go to the pub for what they call a \u201cnon-date.\u201d There, they encounter Phillip and Kevin, but things get awkward quickly. Phillip and Kevin leave abruptly, leaving Alex and Gabi feeling that the encounter was strange. Despite this, both Alex and Gabi admit they enjoyed their time together, though they secretly wish they were with other people.<\/p>\n

At the end of the episode, after the tea party, EJ makes some sharp comments, which cause Kristen to lose her temper and smack the table, producing a loud clang from a metal bowl. EJ is visibly shocked by her reaction. Meanwhile, Rachel wakes from a nightmare and comes downstairs for a shot, which reminds EJ of his own gunshot experience.<\/p>\n

Later, Kevin tells Phillip that he and Russell are taking the weekend off and giving their staff a break. In the final scenes, Kayla calls Steve to let him know that their \u201cgrand thrift plan\u201d is underway.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
