She even surprised the crowd by performing a brand-new song called Crack<\/em> live for the first time \u2014 a track she had only made available for download for one day a few days earlier.<\/p>\n On the red carpet, Doja looked happy and confident wearing a bright aquamarine dress. But after the event, she noticed people online were commenting on what seemed like a problem with her breast implants. She addressed this in a tweet on X (which used to be called Twitter), asking fans not to focus on her \u201ccontracted implant,\u201d which is a way of referring to a condition called capsular contracture.<\/p>\n This condition happens when scar tissue forms tightly around a breast implant, making it feel hard or misshapen. It\u2019s one of the risks that can come with breast implants.<\/p>\n Unfortunately, some fans left harsh comments about her appearance, calling her implants \u201cbotched\u201d or \u201clumpy\u201d and questioning why she would wear a dress that showed off the problem if it was bothering her.<\/p>\n Doja had already talked openly about getting cosmetic surgery in 2023, including breast augmentation and liposuction.<\/p>\n On a brighter note, she recently shared with Los Angeles radio station 102.7 KIIS FM that her upcoming fifth album, Vie<\/em>, will have a cool \u201870s and \u201880s vibe.
