Jennifer Lopez recently opened up about how she told her 17-year-old twins, Max and Emme, that she and Ben Affleck were getting divorced. Talking to the Spanish newspaper El Pa\u00eds<\/em>, she said she didn\u2019t sugarcoat things or try to hide the truth from them. Instead, she chose to be honest during a really tough time. She told her kids something like, \u201cThis is going to be hard, but I promise you, I\u2019ll get through it and come out stronger and better.\u201d She wanted them to know that even though it was painful, there was hope on the other side.<\/p>\n

Lopez described 2024 as a rough year, full of unexpected challenges. It wasn\u2019t just her personal life\u2014she also faced setbacks professionally, like having to cancel a big tour and putting out a documentary she funded herself.
