Last year, the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the New York Yankees in the big World Series championship. After the win, some Dodgers players started talking trash about the Yankees. For example, Dodgers pitcher Joe Kelly said the whole series was unfair from the start, and others criticized the Yankees\u2019 defence, saying they weren\u2019t even that good.<\/p>\n

Since then, the Dodgers haven\u2019t stopped talking a bit of smack. But on May 28, Yankees\u2019 star Aaron Judge finally spoke up. He said he didn\u2019t really care much about the Dodgers\u2019 comments.<\/p>\n

Judge explained, \u201cI didn\u2019t pay much attention because the real key Dodgers the ones who actually played a lot in the games\u2014didn\u2019t say much. Most of the trash talk came from guys who didn\u2019t do much on the field. So, I just ignored it. Let them say what they want. At the end of the day, we lost. They won. If you win, you get to talk. We lost, so we just have to accept it and get ready for next season.\u201d<\/p>\n

Now, Judge and the Yankees are focused on this year\u2019s season, hoping to make it back to the World Series\u2014and this time, win it.<\/p>\n

And honestly, Judge admits the Dodgers can talk trash because they earned the championship.<\/p>\n

Right now, Judge is having an amazing season, hitting .391 with 18 home runs and 47 RBIs. He\u2019s a big reason why the Yankees are leading their division and one of the best teams in baseball this year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
