Stocks, however, isn\u2019t backing down. In his words, he had \u201cproper p****d them off\u201d and said the legal warning was nothing more than \u201ca load of nonsense.\u201d He told the outlet that he has <strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"801\">no intention of keeping quiet<\/strong>, brushing off the alleged threat as a scare tactic.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1127\">Stocks didn\u2019t hold back his opinions, either. He questioned how Markle secured such a major deal with the streaming giant and flat-out said he doesn\u2019t believe she can cook\u2014much less teach others how to. \u201cShe shouldn\u2019t be telling people how to cook,\u201d he reportedly scoffed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1129\" data-end=\"1351\">But here\u2019s where the drama gets twisty: <strong data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1228\">Netflix has publicly denied ever sending a legal letter<\/strong> to Stocks. A company spokesperson told <em data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1280\">MailOnline<\/em>, \u201cNo legal letter was sent to Jameson Stocks from Netflix.\u201d Full stop.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1672\">Despite this denial, insiders close to the chef say otherwise. They claim Netflix has a pattern of quietly sending such letters to public figures\u2014especially those currently working with competing streaming services, which happens to be Stocks\u2019 current gig. One insider added, \u201cThey\u2019re never going to admit it publicly.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"2079\">Meanwhile, this is just another headline in the ongoing media frenzy surrounding Meghan Markle\u2019s show. <em data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"1796\">With Love, Meghan<\/em> has already drawn its share of criticism, including backlash from an episode featuring actress <strong data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1908\">Mindy Kaling<\/strong>. In one viral moment, Markle tells Kaling, \u201cI\u2019m a Sussex now,\u201d while reflecting on how much her royal title means to her\u2014a comment that didn\u2019t sit well with many viewers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2236\">On top of it all, Markle\u2019s new lifestyle brand, <strong data-start=\"2129\" data-end=\"2140\">As Ever<\/strong>, has added even more fuel to the fire, keeping her firmly in the spotlight\u2014for better or worse.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2457\">So far, neither Markle nor Netflix has directly responded to Stocks\u2019 latest remarks beyond the spokesperson\u2019s denial.
