Wilkinson of the Washington County Circuit Court, on Thursday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Wilkinson, 52, died after being found with what appeared to be a gunshot wounds, the Washington County Sheriff\u2019s Office said in a statement released during the early hours on Friday. The statement also called his death a homicide.<\/p>\n<p>The sheriff\u2019s office further shared that around 8 pm, the judge was in the driveway of a residence, the local police responded to a report of a shooting in the 19100 block of Olde Waterford Road, in Hagerstown, a city in western Maryland.<\/p>\n<p>The judge was immediately rushed to Meritus Medical Centre, where he was declared dead.<\/p>\n<p>Neil Parrott, a former Maryland state delegate who represented parts of Washington County, took to social media to share that the cops are actively searching for the suspect.<\/p>\n<p>A profile of Judge Wilkinson revealed that he was born in Guam in 1971 and joined the court in January 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Further stating that the case was under investigation, the sheriff\u2019s office refused from disclosing any additional details regarding the killing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The police in Maryland were investigating the killing of a judge, Andrew F.
