Fans of The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/em> have something exciting to look forward to! Hulu\u2019s upcoming series The Testaments<\/em>, a sequel to the hit dystopian drama, is officially moving forward with its casting. Rising actress Lucy Halliday<\/strong> has landed a key role as Daisy<\/strong>, one of the three main protagonists in Margaret Atwood\u2019s novel<\/strong>, which serves as the foundation for the series.<\/p>\n

Set 15 years after the events of The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/em><\/strong>, The Testaments<\/em> follows Daisy, a teenager living in Canada<\/strong> who makes a shocking discovery\u2014she has a deep, hidden connection to the oppressive regime of Gilead<\/strong>.
