The retail trade company recently announced <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">$10 million registered direct offerings which led to the stock\u2019s decline on Friday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>BILL Holdings, Inc.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> also saw a significant drop, falling <\/span><b>32.36%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to <\/span><b>$65.17<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, with a market cap of <\/span><b>$6.74 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, after it released third-quarter revenue guidance that fell short of Wall Street\u2019s estimates. Similarly, <\/span><b>Newell Brands Inc.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> declined <\/span><b>27.45%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to <\/span><b>$7.03<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, lowering its valuation to <\/span><b>$2.92 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Callan JMB Inc.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> tumbled by <\/span><b>27.22%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to settle at <\/span><b>$4.60<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, while its market valuation is currently unavailable.
