The <strong>S&P\/TSX Smallcap<\/strong> index also saw a dip, down by 4.06 points or -0.48%, positioned between 839.22 and 837.15.<\/p>\n<p>On a positive note, the <strong>S&P\/TSX Venture<\/strong> index showed a minor uptick of 0.68 points, or 0.0011%, moving slightly higher to 614.11 before settling.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the <strong>S&P\/TSX Completion<\/strong> fell by 5.36 points, or -0.36%, with a range of 1,504.57 to 1,500.86.
