Tom Sandoval has confirmed that he is putting the house he once shared with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix up for sale after a long-standing dispute. Sandoval announced the decision on his podcast, \u201cEverybody Loves Tom,\u201d revealing that he and girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson are preparing to move in together.<\/p>\n
On the October 23 episode of his podcast, Sandoval, 42, shared the major update: \u201cThe house is going on the market. [We are] selling the house, getting it ready. And Victoria and I are moving in together.\u201d His girlfriend, Victoria, who co-hosted the podcast, added that moving in together marks a big step for their relationship. She told *Us Weekly* earlier in the month, \u201cWe\u2019re pretty serious, so it\u2019s hard [to avoid it].\u201d<\/p>\n
The home, which Sandoval and Madix, 39, purchased in 2019 for $2 million, became a point of tension following their breakup in March 2023. Their split came after Sandoval\u2019s widely publicized affair with *Vanderpump Rules* co-star Raquel Leviss. In the months following the breakup, Sandoval admitted he was still living in the house, as he had nowhere else to go.<\/p>\n
\u201cI handle the gardening [and] the housekeeping. I basically run everything in the house,\u201d Sandoval explained during an April 2023 appearance on the \u201cHowie Mandel Does Stuff\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n
While Sandoval remained in the home, Madix defended her decision to stay as well, citing her financial independence. \u201cI have never been someone who came from money,\u201d Madix explained during an August 2023 appearance on the \u201cScheananigans\u201d podcast. \u201cI have a pretty decent setup. My room is kind of like my little apartment.\u201d<\/p>\n
Madix also shared how she copes with living in the same house as her ex, saying she locks her bedroom door for peace of mind. In January, she filed a lawsuit against Sandoval in an attempt to sell the house, making it clear she didn\u2019t want to keep any shared ownership.<\/p>\n
With the house now officially going on the market, Sandoval and Madix are preparing to finally sever one of their last remaining ties. Madix has already moved forward by purchasing her own $1.6 million home in Los Angeles in March 2023, leaving the sale of the house with Sandoval as one of the last unresolved issues.<\/p>\n
