Kelce joked that achieving a six-pack might no longer be in his plans, given her reaction.<\/p>\n<p>Although committed to getting healthier, Kelce admitted that maintaining his diet on the road is challenging. While discussing his recent trip to Cincinnati, he shared how difficult it can be to stick to a strict regimen. \u201cI was doing great, but then you hit the road, and next thing you know, you\u2019re eating Skyline chili and chicken sandwiches,\u201d he joked.<\/p>\n<p>Kelce also touched on his beer-drinking habits, admitting to consuming a significant amount at a recent tailgate while supporting his brother, Travis Kelce, during a playoff game. \u201cIt would be hard to put a number on it,\u201d he said, estimating it was easily \u201cnorth of 20\u201d beers by the end of the day.<\/p>\n<p>Despite his relaxed approach to diet and fitness, Kelce still has personal goals. He\u2019s currently aiming to reach 260 lbs., down from his playing weight of over 300 lbs. While content with his progress, he emphasized that losing weight too quickly can lead to unwanted changes, which he wants to avoid.
