He delivered an emotional and angry speech wherein he made clear of his expectations of forceful reprisal by Israel.<\/p>\n<p>The President delivered a vivid description of the atrocities carried out by the militants saying they had \u201cmassacred\u201d and \u201cbutchered\u201d innocent people. The known number of Americans being killed in the conflict has reach 14, confirms Biden.<\/p>\n<p>He termed the terror attacks as \u201cabhorrent\u201d and compared it to ISIS. \u201cThe brutality of Hamas\u2019 bloodthirstiness brings to mind the worst rampages of ISIS,\u201d said Biden.<\/p>\n<p>The 10-minute speech was designed to ensure there is daylight for both U.S. and Israel during the time of deep crisis. The president made no equivocation about the attacks and no calls were for restraint by Israel.
